The Associated Clubs of the

ABOD Remembrance Parade

The Association’s Annual Remembrance Parade and Service was held on Saturday 11th November at 12.00pm at Belfast City Hall Cenotaph. The parade commenced from Donegall Pass with a large number of Brethren taking part at 11.30am being led by the Churchill Flute Band, General Committee Colour Party and Officers and the Whiterock Flute Band.


The Lt Governor Bro Graeme Stenhouse laid the wreath on behalf of the Associated Clubs Apprentice Boys of Derry. This was followed by wreaths on behalf of various Amalgamated Committees and Branch Clubs. Bro Rev Alan Smylie conducted the service with musical accompaniment from Symington Memorial Silver Band. On conclusion of the service, the parade made its way through the centre of Belfast to the Shankill Garden of Remembrance where a wreath was laid on behalf of the Association by the Lt Governor.
